We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Tester to join our technology team and support the quality assurance of our Insurance Management
System. The ideal candidate will have experience in test automation and enterprise application testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, AI engineers, Product
• Owners and Manual QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
• Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create comprehensive test cases
• Perform functional, system integration, API, and performance-related testing
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through defect management tools
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Other tasks assigned by IT director

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 
• 3+ years of experience in Automation Testing, any programming languages such as Java, Python…
• Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as: Selenium, Playwright, etc.
• Experience in API testing using tools
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Intermediate level of English or above
