Automation Test Engineer (Java)

• Develop automation testing strategies and plans aligned with system requirements and project objectives.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks.
• Develop test scripts for UI, API, Integration, and Contract Testing.
• Perform Performance Testing, including developing performance, load, and stress testing scenarios; analyzing bottlenecks and proposing system optimization solutions.
• Integrate automation testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast feedback for development teams.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the stability and reliability of the automation test suite.
• Collaborate with Developers, BAs, and QAs throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Research, recommend, and implement new automation technologies and tools.
• For Senior level: Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to enhance the team's technical capabilities.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from reputable universities, such as Banking Academy of Vietnam, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, Vietnam National University, University of Technology, Thuongmai University, University of Economics, or reputable universities overseas.

Experience

• Mid-level: At least 3 years of QA experience, including a minimum of 2 years in automation testing.
• Senior-level: At least 5 years of experience, with the ability to design automation frameworks and/or lead automation testing initiatives.

Technical Expertise

• Proficient in Java with a strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Strong experience in UI/API automation testing.
• Strong expertise in Performance Testing.
• Good understanding of CI/CD, microservices, databases, and message queues.
• Experience with tools such as Serenity BDD, Selenium, Jenkins, and Docker is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for technology and a strong interest in test automation.
• Candidates with experience in the finance/banking industry are preferred.
