JOB PURPOSE:

• To ensure the stable, secure, and efficient operation of the assigned IT platform domain (Application) while contributing to innovation and product development
• The role focuses on:
• System operations, reliability, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization.
• Enhancing platform capabilities, driving digital innovation, and developing new solutions aligned with business transformation.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. System Operation

• Operate, monitor, and maintain the assigned platform domain to ensure reliability, availability, and performance
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive long-term fixes.
• Apply patches, updates, configuration changes, and security hardening practices
• Maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, configurations, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with global/regional IT teams on standardization and governance.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements.

2. Product Development & Innovation

• Support design, development, and deployment of new features or platform enhancements
• Research new technologies and propose improvements for the domain
• Participate in solution design discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Build POCs (Proof of Concepts) for new tools or modernization opportunities.
• Contribute to automation and optimization of workflows and system processes.

3. Data Platform

• Manage data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality checks
• Maintain data storage systems (DWH, Lakehouse, Databases).
• Monitor system performance and optimize data workloads.
• Develop new data models, semantic layers, and analytics products
• Implement data governance, lineage, and catalog solutions.
• Explore ML-based data quality and anomaly detection features.

4. Application Platform

• Administer core business applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, in-house apps).
• Manage configurations, permissions, and application integrations.
• Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and updates.
• Support new feature development and application enhancements
• Participate in application redesign or modernization initiatives
• Automate administrative tasks and adopt low-code capabilities.

5. Integration Platform

• Operate and maintain enterprise integration platforms (API gateways, ESB, iPaaS).
• Monitor message queues, API performance, and data flows
• Troubleshoot integration failures and ensure high availability
• Design and build new APIs, event-driven flows, and system connectors.
• Improve integration architecture for scalability and resilience.
• Adopt emerging integration patterns (serverless, event streaming).
• Operate and maintain enterprise integration platforms (API gateways, ESB, iPaaS).
• Monitor message queues, API performance, and data flows.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and ensure high availability
• Design and build new APIs, event-driven flows, and system connectors.
• Improve integration architecture for scalability and resilience.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architecture (Azure).

Experiences:

• 3–5 years of experience in platform/system operations, engineering, or technical support
• Hands-on experience maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting production systems
• Experience supporting or developing digital products, enhancements, or technical solutions.
• Familiarity working in agile or hybrid project environments.

Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills
• Understanding of cloud-native services, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation.
• Ability to read/interpret technical architecture diagrams and system workflows.
• Competency in scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or domain-specific tools).
• Familiarity with ERP and enterprise system integration.
• Ability to manage incidents, change requests, and operational tasks effectively
• Strong documentation habits: SOPs, runbooks, configuration logs, release notes.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and secure-by-design principles

Languages:

• Vietnamese & English
