AI & IT Specialist (Business Analyst, ERP, RPA, SQL)

• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from different departments.
• Review existing processes to identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, operational issues, and automation opportunities.
• Analyze relationships and dependencies across business processes, data, departments, ERP modules, and integrated systems.
• Prepare business and system documentation, including BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Propose process improvements using AI, AI Agents, Workflow Automation, RPA, or other appropriate technologies.
• Work as Developers, AI Engineers, Data Engineers throughout solution design, development, and implementation.
• Record, analyze, track, and coordinate issue resolution until completion.
• Train, guide, and support end users during implementation and daily operations.
• Prepare User Manuals, Quick Guides, FAQs, and process documentation.
• Collect post-implementation feedback, monitor solution effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements.
• AI Adoption & User Support: Support employees in using approved AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI solutions.
• AI Governance & Compliance: Ensure AI usage complies with company policies, information security requirements, confidentiality obligations, and data privacy regulations.
• AI Adoption Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor AI adoption, usage trends, business benefits, and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Regional / Group AI Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with Group/Regional AI Teams for AI initiatives, projects, training programs, and best-practice sharing.
• IT & Digital Transformation Projects: Participate in IT and Digital Transformation projects, software implementation, testing, training, and project documentation.
• Ensuring the strictest and highest confidentiality is adhered to at all times
• Ensuring all compliance and ethical practices are fully adhered to

Yêu cầu công việc

a. Background /qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

b. Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, ERP implementation, Digital Transformation, or Process Improvement projects.
• Strong systems thinking, with the ability to understand end-to-end relationships among processes, data, users, and systems.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and assess the impact of changes across departments, processes, and system modules.
• Experience in business documentation, software testing, UAT, user training, and end-user support.
• Ability to prepare clear, logical, and user-friendly documentation.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, system integration, and software testing.
• Understanding of, or a strong willingness to learn, AI, AI Agents, Generative AI, RPA, and Workflow Automation.
• Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.

c. Special skills:

• Experience in AI, AI Agent, Chatbot, OCR, RPA, or process automation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot
• Experience in user training, post-Go-live system support, and operational support.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of data analytics, dashboards, or Power BI is an advantage.
