About AI Engineer Position

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with expertise in Gen AI, Agentic AI, LLMs and NLP to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data science, machine learning and system engineering. You will work closely with engineers and stakeholders to develop demo for POC, state-of-the-art AI solutions

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions and implement AI projects using LLMs, GenAI services (like Google Gemini, Open AI, Doc AI....) or opensource projectss
• Optimize and fine-tune AI current light-weight models for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Drives product and business impact through data analysis, algorithm development, and applied machine learning. 
• Works on a range of problems including personalisation, search, and recommendation, using techniques such as LLMs, RAG, and statistical modelling. 
• Collaborates closely with engineering and product teams to develop, train, and deploy models that enhance user experience and decision-making. 
• Brings strong analytical and programming skills, with a focus on turning data into actionable insights and scalable systems.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, computer vision, and speech processing.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) to manage and deploy models.

Yêu cầu công việc

Must have

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI development.
• Proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) 
• Hands-on experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and fine-tuning LLMs
• Proficiency in working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practicies for deploying AI models in production.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication in English

Nice to have

• Experience with computer vision tools (OpenCV, scikit-image, YOLO, Detectron, etc.).
• Experienced using Google Document AI and labelling data
