- Được học thêm rất nhiều kiến thức về tài chính như quản lý tài chính cá nhân, đầu tư cổ phiếu, phân tích doanh nghiệp, đầu tư trái phiếu, chứng chỉ quỹ,...
- Công ty mạnh về công nghệ, tích cực áp dụng công nghệ mới.
- Khuyến khích nhân viên phát triển, chủ động trong công việc.
- Khuyến khích nhân viên dám làm, không sợ sai lầm.
- Không có khoảng cách giữa nhân viên và sếp.
Chính sách OT rõ ràng, công bằng. Luôn khuyến khích sắp xếp công việc để không cần, nhưng nếu công việc yêu cầu thì luôn được trả OT đầy đủ.

- Quảng bá thêm hình ảnh công ty ra cộng đồng, nhất là mảng công nghệ.
- Chỗ làm việc hơi thiếu.
