What I liked:
- Tập đoàn lớn của Nhật, có động lực cải thiện tiếng Anh và tiếng Nhật (dev không yêu cầu). Gần văn phòng cũng có Persol Process & Technology to đoành, anh em họ cùng ông nội. Lúc đi phỏng vấn mới biết 2 công ty khác nhau, một bên outsource, một bên product.
- Sếp giỏi, đồng nghiệp ở đây chuyên môn cao, ngoại ngữ tốt, hòa đồng và hỗ trợ nhau tốt. Lần đầu thấy công ty Nhật mà người Nhật nói được tiếng Anh hết.
- Nhiều dự án đã hoạt động, có giá trị.
- Back office hỗ trợ nhiệt tình.
- Chế độ chăm sóc sức khỏe tốt, benefit nhỉnh hơn so với các công ty Nhật khác.
Hiếm khi thấy OT, OT thanh toán đầy đủ, sòng phẳng.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Đồ ăn xung quanh hơi mắc
- Bàn làm việc hơi nhỏ xíu
- Văn phòng hiện rộng, nhưng nghe nói tuyển thêm gấp 2 thì khả năng không gian trống sẽ tận dụng hết
- Có locker nhưng mong có thêm tủ riêng dưới bàn.
