Phù hợp với người thích chill chill

What I liked:
- Mình chưa thấy có điểm gì để có thể níu chân được mình ở lại
- Lương cạnh tranh so với thị trường, NHƯNG việc tăng thì chưa make sense, trước đây thì phụ thuộc hoàn toàn vào cảm tính của manager và GD, 1 lần tăng chắc được vài phần trăm (cái này chắc tùy người)
- Giờ giấc làm việc cũng khá thoải mái chỉ khi phải lên office, còn wfh thì chính xác 08:00
Về đồng đội:
- Tùy team thì mình thấy có team này team kia, nhưng đối với mình team mình làm việc khá chán, cảm giác không có gì để học hỏi và phát triển mặc dù làm việc với leader cũng 8-10+ YOE, cảm giác toxic và đùn đẩy trách nhiệm, không cùng team member raise vấn đề mà mặc kệ và trả lời từ xưa tới giờ nó như vậy rồi, có cái xấu cũng có cái tốt nói chung là mỗi người có 1 cách làm việc, đối với mình thì không phù hợp với cách làm việc như vậy
Benefit:
- Chưa đến mức gọi là tạm được, mình cảm giác ở đây kiểu không build up con người và engage, lễ tết chỉ cho tiền là xong, không gift không gì cả ngoài vài trăm :v
- Thiết bị làm việc đầy đủ nhưng phân cấp để chia thiết bị, leader, BrSE thì được cấp macbook, còn lại chỉ xài máy mac mini, cảm giác đi làm nhưng rất bị phân cấp bậc =))) cũng đúng tại vì là Water Fall
Còn về lãnh đạo:
- Mình thấy cũng có lắng nghe ý kiến nhưng chủ yếu được duyệt hay không cũng còn công ty mẹ, nên thấy góp ý kiến cũng như không, phận làm con nên cũng đành thôi
Đây là ý kiến của một người đã nghỉ việc.
Chốt lại nó phù hợp cho người muốn sự ổn định lâu dài (đi làm trả lãi ngân hàng mua nhà :v) và làm việc không quá hardcore
Tùy team thì có, nhma thấy đa số ít phải OT, riêng với mình thì chưa OT lần nào
