What I liked:
- Projects ổn định, không quá hard đâu
- Công ty Nhật thì luôn nổi tiếng là chế độ cho nhân viên tốt rồi, ở đây cũng vậy.
- Các anh lead, manager ok nha, giỏi nữa, học hỏi được nhiều
- Công ty Product của tập đoàn nên phù hợp cho ai mong muốn ổn định cuộc sống
- Thiết bị cấp mới, cũng đầy đủ
Công ty hầu như không có OT. Mà trong handbook của cty có ghi rõ chính sách giành cho OT rồi
Suggestions for improvement:
- Văn phòng nhỏ, ồn, bàn chế ngồi không thoải mái, nền gạch còn bị bể nữa huhu. Nếu muốn nhân viên enjoy ở văn phòng thì công ty phải đầu tư văn phòng môi trường làm việc hơn. Phòng họp cũng ít nữa, hay bị hết phòng, phải ngồi ở bàn nhỏ
- Security gắt, cũng hiểu lí do của công ty nhưng mà đi ra đi ngoài cũng quẹt vân tay hẳn 3,4 bước. Máy tính window thì khỏi dô trang web bên ngoài
- Nếu bạn mong muốn môi trường dynamic, tăng skill code thì công ty không hợp với bạn đâu.
