What I liked:
The working environment is supportive and professional. I’ve learned a lot from both the projects and my teammates. The company also recognizes employees’ efforts fairly — I recently received a salary increase that matched my expectations, which really motivates me to continue growing here. As long as you can demonstrate your skills and contribute effectively, your efforts will be recognized and appreciated.
The company also provides many opportunities and resources for employees to grow professionally.
Besides, this year, there have been many interesting events and gatherings, along with enjoyable team dinners and activities that help create a positive and motivating working atmosphere.
There is little to no overtime. Overall, the company maintains a good work-life balance.
Suggestions for improvement:
One suggestion for improvement would be providing MacBooks instead of Mac Minis for employees. A laptop setup would offer more flexibility and convenience, especially for meetings, remote work, and overall daily productivity.
