- Văn phòng đẹp, rộng rãi
- Máy móc xịn xò, cấu hình mạnh, mỗi người ít nhất 2 màn hình chất lượng cao
- Hệ sinh thái sản phẩm rộng và nằm trong top của thế giới ở phân khúc sản phẩm, và vẫn đang tiếp tục innovate nên có nhiều thứ hay để nghiên cứu và làm.
- Sếp và các đồng nghiệp trong và ngoài nước đều rất thân thiện, supportive
- Môi trường công ty toàn cầu, rất quan tâm đến đời sống nhân viên, luôn khuyến khích work-life balance
- Career paths: có cả theo hướng quản lý hoặc đi chuyên sâu về kỹ thuật
- Có nhiều hoạt động cho nhân viên: hỗ trợ tập gym, bơi lội, bóng đá, bi lắc. Các hoạt động team building quý, kickoff, year-end party,....
- Giờ giấc làm việc rất linh hoạt, đề cao tính tự giác của mọi người là chính
Hầu như không bao giờ có OT nên mình rất hài lòng về việc này.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
- Hệ sinh thái sản phẩm rộng nên cần thêm nhiều hoạt động chia sẻ giữa các team đội nhóm để mọi người hiểu rõ hơn về bức tranh tổng thể của sản phẩm, hiểu tốt hơn việc các sản phẩm tương tác với nhau như thế nào.
- Hiện công ty có 4 tầng ở tòa nhà, công ty nên bổ sung thêm 1 số entertainment equipments ở 1 số tầng cho đồng đều hơn.
