Mình làm ở Nimble được một thời gian rồi, và nói thật là mình khá hài lòng. Môi trường ở đây khá chill, đồng nghiệp dễ gần và sẵn sàng hỗ trợ. Không có cảm giác cạnh tranh hay toxic như một số nơi mình từng làm.
Điểm mình thích nhất là quy trình làm việc rõ ràng. Code review kỹ, mọi người có trách nhiệm rõ ràng trong dự án, không bị mơ hồ hay đùn đẩy. Sếp và các manager cũng hỗ trợ nhiều, không chỉ về công việc mà còn về định hướng phát triển.
Công ty cũng "hay" tổ chức team building (3 năm 1 lần), outing, có đồ ăn miễn phí. Back-office nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ nhanh.
Nhìn chung, nếu bạn muốn một môi trường làm việc ổn định, có cơ hội phát triển cao, thì Nimble là lựa chọn đáng cân nhắc.
Chính sách OT ở đây khá ổn. Ít khi phải làm thêm giờ, và khi có thì được trả lương đầy đủ. Mình thấy công bằng và hợp lý.

Tuy nhiên, mình nghĩ công ty có thể cải thiện một số điểm. Điều mình mong muốn nhất là có thêm lương tháng 13, vì đây là một chế độ đãi ngộ khá phổ biến ở các công ty công nghệ hiện nay (thêm lương tháng 13 nhưng đừng giảm lương hàng tháng của em nha sếp T_T)
Môi trường làm việc thoải mái, đồng nghiệp thân thiện, mức lương khá tốt
