Ít khi phải OT, nếu có OT thì sẽ trả tiền hoặc quy đổi ngày phép, tuỳ dự án
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Lương thưởng chưa cạnh tranh so với thị trường, từ level Senior phải kiêm nhiệm nhiều khá vất vả
