- văn phòng đẹp, máy móc xịn sò (LG Gram 16 inch + cruved monitor 34 inch)
- có đồ ăn free (bánh, nước ngot...)
- thời gian tương đối flexiable
- các dự án đa số là ổn định ít OT
- leader thân thiện
Chưa phải OT nên chưa rõ chế độ như thế nào nhưng có vẻ là ok
Đề nghị cải thiện:
- tăng lương theo mặc định toàn công ty (~4.5%)
- phải làm đủ 8h nhưng không có hệ thống timesheet để kiểm tra mà phải ước lượng
- nhiều dự tuyển người vào chờ start khá lâu có khi 1-2 tháng
- cài hơi nhiều phần mềm quản lý nặng máy
