Sếp tốt, đồng nghiệp vui vẻ hòa đồng.
Văn phòng đẹp, rộng, trang thiết bị đầy đủ, có nhiều máy chơi game để nhân viên chơi ngoài giờ làm.
Môi trường làm việc vui vẻ thoải mái, không đổ trách nhiệm, không phải cả nể, mọi người giúp đỡ nhau nhiệt tình.
Mọi người rất hay đặt trà sữa, uống nhiều dễ béo.
Không bao giờ chậm lương, cuối tháng (30 hàng tháng) có lương.
Lương tăng không có tính nhảy vọt, tăng đều đều, so với lượng công việc thì ổn, rất phù hợp với các bạn sinh viên mới ra trường hoặc các bạn muốn ổn định, không muốn ganh đua với đời thì vào.
Bảo hiểm đóng full lương.
Làm product, kế hoạch rõ ràng, ít khi OT, có OT cũng sẽ được trả lương đầy đủ.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Lương hơi thấp so với mặt bằng chung, trừ khi bạn có chứng chỉ tiếng Nhật.
Làm product, công nghệ cũ, nếu các bạn nghĩ vào đây sẽ được học mấy cái mới hay ho thì không nhé, nhưng các bạn sẽ học được cách vận hành game.
Bộ phận DEV bên Việt Nam tính ra vẫn là đi làm thuê cho bên Singapore và Nhật, chưa tự chủ được. Sau vài năm nữa thì may ra có thể tự phát triển và vận hành game, lúc đó thì tự chủ tài chính rồi, chắc chắn sẽ có nhiều thay đổi lớn.
