Đồng nghiệp thân thiện và supportive, đương nhiên thì cũng có người này người kia nhưng nhìn chung là nice
Sếp giỏi, làm việc cùng có thể học hỏi được nhiều thứ, đặc biệt là về tư duy.
1 năm review lương 2 lần
Không quá khắt khe, 1 tuần được đổi giờ làm việc 2 ngày, giá mà có thêm chính sách remote kiểu 2 ngày/tuần thì tuyệt =)))
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Không gian văn phòng bình thường, không có open space nhiều, tòa nhà hơi cũ và xquanh cũng không có tiện ích gì nhiều.
Cũng khó tránh vì công ty ITO nên chắc cũng k quá đầu tư vào cơ sở vật chất
