Lúc mới vào cũng được các senior và leader hướng dẫn kỹ. Mỗi tuần được WFH 1 lần, nghỉ tết thường được WFH trước và sau tết để thuận tiện về quê. Mức lương tạm ổn, được cái là thưởng 2 lần/năm :v Một số dự án khách hàng hơi keo nên làm hơi mệt, nhưng nhìn chung cũng ổn.
Chỉ tăng ca ở một số dự án gấp, tiền tăng ca đầy đủ.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Nên tạo cơ hội đào tạo nhiều skill hơn cho nhân viên (mua khóa học chẳng hạn)
Công ty ổn, mọi người hòa đồng
