DatVietVAC Group Holdings is looking for a Product Designer to design the user experience and interface of our Fan Commerce Platform, including mobile-first consumer applications and internal operation dashboards.
You will design seamless transactional and fan-engagement experiences across web and mobile while building and maintaining a shared Design System for the entire platform.
1. Core Product Experience Design
- Design end-to-end user experiences for core product journeys, including content discovery, product selection, transactions, and order-status tracking.
- Design complete order-management and payment journeys across web and mobile applications.
- Create fan-interaction and content-participation experiences for entertainment programs and live events.
- Design consistent identity, authentication, profile, and account-management experiences across platform modules.
- Translate product requirements and business rules into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Identify and design appropriate states for errors, empty data, loading, payment failure, cancellation, refund, and other edge cases.
- Apply a mobile-first approach while ensuring consistent and responsive experiences across web, tablet, and mobile devices.
2. Design System and Internal Operation Tools
- Build and maintain a shared Design System for web and mobile applications.
- Define and manage design tokens, components, variants, interaction states, responsive rules, and usage guidelines.
- Ensure the Design System is scalable, accessible, reusable, and practical for development teams.
- Design internal dashboards and operation tools for content, inventory, orders, payments, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ensure consistency between consumer-facing products and internal operation interfaces.
- Maintain visual and brand consistency across the DatVietVAC digital ecosystem.
- Collaborate with engineers to align design components with frontend and mobile component libraries.
3. User Research and Experience Optimization
- Collaborate with Product Owners to collect and analyze user feedback.
- Conduct usability tests and use findings to improve product flows and interface designs.
- Research industry standards, competitors, and emerging practices across e-commerce, entertainment, content platforms, fintech, and high-traffic applications.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to support design decisions.
- Identify usability issues, friction points, and opportunities to improve conversion and fan engagement.
- Design accessible experiences that support different users, devices, screen sizes, and network conditions.
- Continuously improve the product based on user feedback, operational data, and post-event learnings.
4. Design Handoff and Cross-functional Collaboration
- Prepare detailed design specifications for frontend and mobile development teams.
- Clearly document components, responsive behaviors, interaction states, animations, edge cases, and business rules.
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate product behavior and validate solutions before development.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Backend Engineers, Frontend and Mobile Engineers, QC Engineers, and SRE/DevOps Engineers.
- Participate in product discovery, requirement clarification, design reviews, sprint planning, and implementation reviews.
- Review implemented interfaces to ensure alignment with approved designs and the Design System.
- Present and defend design decisions using user needs, business requirements, research, and data.
- Receive feedback constructively and iterate on designs when appropriate.
