Position Overview

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to support the design of modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong user experience thinking, solid visual design skills, and the ability to work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to turn business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.

This role requires strong English communication skills and a professional design portfolio demonstrating previous web application design work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and user experiences for web-based applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs.
• Translate complex workflows into clear, efficient, and user-friendly designs.
• Conduct user research, usability reviews, and design validation when needed.
• Maintain design consistency across different modules and pages.
• Prepare design specifications and collaborate with development teams during implementation.
• Continuously improve the user experience based on feedback, data, and product needs.

Your skills and experience

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• Strong experience designing web applications, dashboards, enterprise systems, or SaaS products.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A professional design portfolio is required, demonstrating previous UI/UX design work.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Good understanding of responsive web design and modern web application design patterns.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality design work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-level or B2B web applications.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
• Experience with usability testing or user research.
• Experience designing AI-enabled applications or data-driven dashboards is a plus.
