Job description

Data Analytics Manager plays a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the bank. This position is responsible for deliver actionable insights, optimize business performance, and support strategic initiatives through advanced data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Deliver insights that support customer segmentation, product performance, and operational efficiency.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik…

Data Governance & Quality

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and infrastructure.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and business units.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.
• Promote a culture of data literacy and continuous learning within the organization.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in banking or financial services, MNC.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of banking products, customer behavior, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with machine learning models and predictive analytics.
