Our Studio was established in August 2022 to became of creative development professionals that the whole world can be proud of. We were founded from the Japanese parent company but operates independently here in Ho Chi Minh City. We co-develop products together with the Japan team but we are not offshore team just to do what we are told to do. Not an outsourcing company with micro management. We are a team that creates a fulfilling “new way of working” where the hopes of people and the expectations of society fit perfectly, as if “the way of working” and “the way of life” are merged.
Our studio is primarily responsible for the development of new services of parent company in Japan, and the maintenance of the database systems that form the core of those services. Our goal is to help each individual in the world to correctly know, choose, and act on their own opportunities and potential.

Front End Leader - Mr Thau
As a leader at PCT, I work closely with BrSE and talented developers to deliver high-quality products related HR domain. I'm responsible for leading team, providing technical support for applications, and managing project progress. I take initiative and provide some actions to improve our workplace where we implement "Work, and Smile" environment
During my time working at PCT, I learn a lot from my great colleagues. Besides enhancing my management skills, I can expand my skillset at PCT by learning backend, database, and cloud. I learn the way to measure team performance and help the team move forward in the right direction.
Back End Developer - Mr Duy
Collaborating with teammates at PCT as well as colleagues in Japan to solve the challenging issues in the project. Using my experiences, I can make contributions both technical skills and non-technical skills to help build a strong team and work together to bring value changes in the project.
The coolest skill I've learned at PCT is how to investigate, analyze sql queries in order to enhance, optimize the proficiency of the queries to improve the performance of the application. at PCT, I also have opportunities to learn new skills both technical and soft skills through Sharing sessions, study courses...
Back End Leader - Mr Vu
PCT focuses on meticulous product development, prioritizing high coding standards over speed. We seek new methods to enhance productivity, fostering personal and professional growth for all team members. Working with supportive colleagues is fulfilling and advances us collectively.
Starting at PCT made me realize that relying solely on instincts didn't always yield the best outcomes. Now, I approach tasks differently, taking time to evaluate and plan systematically for continual improvements. The environment at PCT is excellent, offering opportunities to review work, learn new skills, and grow personally and professionally.
