RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

• Automation and AI feature: Managing the complete software development process of automation and ai features from conception to deployment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with backend engineers, QC engineers, and other stakeholders Ensure seamless integration.
• Others task: Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Your skills and experience

Skill

• Build distributed services (REST/gRPC) that orchestrate automated workflows and trigger AI pipelines 
• Integrate with business process tools, internal APIs, databases, and job schedulers 
• Develop intelligent modules (e.g. predictive models, simulation engines, text-to-action systems, voice-to-text pipelines) as microservices or plugins into automation frameworks Implement context-aware agents capable of ingesting historical & real-time data to guide decisions 
• Integrate and deploy AI models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers, or ONNXa

Experience

• 3+ years backend experience (Go or Python preferred) 
• Hands-on with ML model integration into production systems 
• Experience building automation or event-driven workflows 
• Familiarity with LLM APIs, embedding models, and speech recognition engines 
• Comfortable working with private in-house data (e.g., access control, embeddings, vector DB) 
• Experience implementing RAG systems or LangChain-style chains (Nice to have ) 
• Previous experience working in simulation-heavy domains (e.g., logistics, finance, operations) (Nice to have)
