Job description
We are seeking a motivated Solution Architect to join the Enterprise Strategy and Architecture team at VinFast. As a Solution Architect at VinFast, you are responsible for understanding the business requirements, providing appropriate technical solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. You are an experienced Solution Architect who provides technical direction and leadership for the technology asserts within the domain, across the technology lifecycle, maintaining and targeting state Architecture and Roadmap. In addition to your strong technical capability, you have a collaborative attitude towards your work and colleagues.
Your skills and experience
Educational qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of design and implementation experience in IT, in which at least 3 years in related positions like solution architect or technical architect.
Expertise
• Hands-on experience and strong knowledge about API, stream, batch, workflow, messaging integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with integration architecture in both on premise, cloud and hybrid environment
• Hands-on experience (deploying, operating, programming, etc.) with cloud providers (ex: AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
• Knowledge of various backend development languages (ex: Java, C#, Python...), database (ex: MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.), frontend development languages and framework (JavaScript, Angular, React, Vue, etc.)
• Knowledge of many, if not most, aspects of an enterprise technology architecture
• Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as waterfall, spiral, agile software development, rapid prototyping, incremental, synchronize and stabilize, and DevOps)
• Knowledge and understanding of different modeling languages (such as UML and ArchiMate)
Skills
• Ability to produce technical documentations is a must
• Excellent in English (IELTS 6.0 up is preferable)
• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
• Excellent analytical and technical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements. Design end-to-end solutions that align with these objectives. Develop detailed technical specifications, including system architecture, components, and integration points.
2. Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend appropriate technologies and platforms to implement the proposed solutions. Evaluate and select third-party tools, frameworks, and services when necessary.
3. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation that includes architectural diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications. Ensure that documentation is easily accessible and up to date.
4. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with software engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the architectural vision is realized.
5. Security and Compliance: Integrate security and compliance requirements into the solution architecture. Ensure that the solution is designed to meet security and regulatory standards.
6. Scalability and Performance: Design solutions that are scalable and capable of handling increasing workloads. Address performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
7. Integration: Identify and design interfaces and integration points with existing systems and third-party services. Ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability.
8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in the project and develop mitigation strategies. Provide guidance on risk management and issue resolution
