Job description

• Full-Stack Development: Take ownership of end-to-end development for core customer-facing products, including PDP, checkout, and dashboards;

• Scalability & Performance: Ensure reliable order processing, fast page loads, and high availability to support thousands of daily transactions.

• System Architecture: Contribute to the design and evolution of scalable microservices, cloud infrastructure, and performance-optimized databases.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Analysts to deliver features that drive business outcomes and user satisfaction.

• Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable code; participate in code reviews; and champion modern engineering principles.

• Monitoring & Incident Resolution: Proactively detect and resolve system issues to maintain a smooth customer experience.

• Autonomous Execution: Lead yourself. Ensure your projects ship with high quality and high velocity.

Your skills and experience

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong skills in both backend and frontend development.

• Proficient in React (or equivalent modern JS framework) and Golang.

• Strong experience with microservices architecture, API design, and GCP or equivalent cloud platforms.

• Solid understanding of performance optimization, database scaling, and caching strategies.

• Expertise in designing systems for high-traffic, high-availability environments.

• Strong skills in concurrency handling and system troubleshooting.

• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and contribute to product-driven development.

• Experience in data-driven decision making, using metrics to guide implementation and iteration.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in eCommerce, B2B marketplaces, or fintech platforms.

• Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics, and personalization techniques.

• Exposure to GraphQL, event-driven architecture, or recommendation engines.

• Prior experience optimizing conversion-critical flows like PDP and checkout flows.
