We’re looking for an experienced AI Technical/Solution Architect to join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this pivotal role, you’ll design intelligent, future-ready systems, shaping how AI transforms real-world enterprise solutions at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Architect scalable, secure, and future-ready AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, or equivalent platforms, in close collaboration with client and internal architects.
• Translate architectural designs into functional frameworks and oversee implementation across enterprise applications.
• Lead development teams with hands-on technical guidance, ensuring alignment with project goals, coding standards, and best practices.
• Drive innovation through code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning sessions.
• Own the full development lifecycle to ensure design integrity, correct implementation, and high maintainability.
• Support development, troubleshooting, and resolution of user-reported issues.
• Diagnose software defects, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, cloud specialists, and international clients to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
• Clearly communicate complex technical architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, especially global clients.

Your skills and experience

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Practical experience will be considered.
• 7+ years of relevant IT experience, including at least 2 years in a Technical or Solution Architect role.
• Proven hands-on experience in developing AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, or equivalent AI platforms.
• Solid technical foundation in OOP, SOA principles, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), with strong technical communication, documentation, and presentation skills for working with international clients and distributed teams.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Dataverse, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience with Azure Application Services, Integration Services, Azure SQL, and enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications, including RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, or similar patterns for orchestration and reasoning, is highly valued
