3R Việt Nam (3RTECH.vn) is looking for a young and passionate IT collaborator who is eager to learn and research, to help develop AI products that support business and management. This is a rare opportunity to be directly mentored by a professional who has worked at Coinbase, Amazon, Meta, Visa, and Gameloft, and to join a project from its initial stages.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of AI software and applications from the ground up.
• Quickly learn new technologies and collaborate with the team to build and optimize products.
• Design, develop, and deploy chatbots, voice bots, and automation solutions for customer service, sales, and management.
• Integrate AI systems with other platforms (CRM, Call Centers, Websites).
• Continuously optimize performance, test, and improve the user experience.
• Support the sales and operations teams in effectively leveraging AI tools.

Your skills and experience

• 1-2 years of programming experience (Java, Python, JavaScript, or equivalent).
• Foundational knowledge of programming, databases, and algorithms.
• Passionate about self-learning and research, with strong logical thinking and good teamwork skills.
• Experience with Git, APIs, Chatbot frameworks, and databases is a plus.
• Interest in and willingness to learn about NLP, voice recognition, image processing, and AI agents.
