Job Summary

The Senior Designer is responsible for design end-to-end for web & mobile, from concept to execution. Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs aligned with brand and product goals, ensuring consistency and elevating overall product quality.

Role Description

1. Design Execution 

● Lead the conceptualization of creative designs for websites and mobile applications.

● Develop user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

● Build and maintain cohesive design systems, including typography, color schemes, and UI components.

● Ensure all designs align with client branding and internal content standards.

2. Collaboration & Communication

● Partner directly with clients to define requirements and present design structures.

● Collaborate with developers and content creators to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery.

● Act as a mentor to junior designers, fostering a culture of high-quality design.

3. Performance & Optimization

● Apply UX best practices to maximize usability and feature functionality.

● Analyze user feedback and product metrics to identify and implement design improvements.

● Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

Requirements

● Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

● At least 6 years as related roles

Technical Proficiency

• Strong in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern UI/UX principles
• Good command of English (written & verbal)
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiar with CMS (WordPress, Drupal)
• Up-to-date with responsive design, UX best practices & industry trends
• Experience with web publishing workflows is a plus
