Risk & Impact Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including technical, resourcing, and delivery risks.
  • Conduct impact assessments for scope changes, architectural decisions, and cross-service dependencies before approving changes.
  • Maintain a risk register and drive mitigation actions to closure with the technical team.

Technical Oversight

  • Engage with the engineering team to understand system architecture, component design, and service-to-service integration, ensuring project plans reflect real technical complexity and dependencies.
  • Partner with technical leads to review the feasibility of estimates, designs, and refactoring efforts, ensuring decisions consider the broader system rather than isolated components.
  • Support technical quality management by ensuring project outcomes meet defined engineering and quality standards.

Team Management & Collaboration

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback.

  • Coordinate with the Resource Manager to fulfill staffing requests and manage resource allocation across projects.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Liaise with sales, clients, and onshore team members on staffing, technical matters, and project status.
  • Coordinate with BA, QC, DEV and other project parties to ensure client satisfaction and alignment on deliverables.

  • Experience in ERP.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical risk assessments and evaluating architectural or system-level impact.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English for direct communication with onshore teams and clients.
