Project Management:
- Lead and manage multiple software development projects across all phases.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate across teams and management levels to resolve blockers and ensure alignment.
- Monitor progress, manage changes, and drive timely issue resolution.
- Control project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
Team Management:
- Guide and mentor team members to support growth and performance.
- Provide regular feedback and foster accountability.
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team culture.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
- Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly and proactively.
- Address client concerns promptly and ensures high satisfaction.
- Align project outcomes with client expectations and business goals.
Partner Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain effective collaboration with partners.
- Define clear workflows to support project delivery and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate efforts to resolve issues and continuously improve product quality.
- Ensure alignment between partner contributions and project objectives.
Technical Oversight:
- Work with architects to define and validate technical requirements.
- Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Oversee code quality through regular reviews and technical checkpoints.
Process Improvement
- Continuously refine project management practices for efficiency and scalability.
- Implement quality assurance measures to drive consistent product excellence.
Your skills and experience
Must Have
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing software development projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven ability to apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies in real projects
- PMP certification (preferred); Agile-related certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe) welcomed
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software project delivery practices
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and team management skills; advocate for a culture of growth
- Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel internationally for client engagements
Prefer
- Experience managing projects involving data, AI, or machine learning
- Strong technical foundation for working with engineering teams
- Domain knowledge in digital transformation, information management, e-commerce, or finance
