Job description

1. Product Discovery & Innovation

• Research global market trends, user behavior, and competitors to identify new app opportunities. 
• Generate, validate, and prioritize innovative product ideas with strong business potential. 
• Define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy from 0 → 1. 

2. Product Ownership

• Own the entire product lifecycle from concept, MVP, launch to continuous optimization. 
• Define product requirements, user flows, feature specifications, and success metrics. 
• Drive product decisions based on business goals, user insights, and data. 

3. Product Quality & Performance

• Ensure products deliver an outstanding user experience, stability, and performance before release. 
• Review product quality together with Design, QA, Engineering, and Data teams. 
• Consult and enhance current product portfolios.
• Monitor product KPIs, user feedback, and analytics to continuously improve retention, engagement, 

4. Cross-functional Leadership

• Lead collaboration between Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Growth, and Data teams. 
• Own product tracking strategy and ensure accurate event implementation with Developers and Data Engineers. 
• Remove blockers, align stakeholders, and drive projects to successful delivery. 

5. Strategic Internal Products

Lead the development of company-wide platforms and strategic initiatives, including:

• Lead the development of Internal Platforms that improve operational efficiency and support business growth. 
• Other strategic products supporting Maple Labs' long-term growth. 

Your skills and experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role in a technology company. 
• Proven experience building and launching digital products, preferably mobile apps. 
• Strong product mindset with the ability to turn ideas into successful products. 
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Growth, and Data teams
• Good understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, user behavior, and Agile/Scrum. 
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
• Good English communication skills. 

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI products, SaaS, or consumer mobile apps. 
• Familiarity with Firebase, GA4, Mixpanel, SQL, APIs, and tracking. 
• Passion for building products from 0 → 1 and continuously improving user experience.
