Senior Product Manager (Agile, Scrum)

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead a small team of product managers/owners and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle—from strategy to execution. You will play a key role in shaping product vision, ensuring delivery excellence, and leveraging AI technologies to accelerate development, testing, and continuous improvement. Working closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders, you will ensure our products deliver real value to users while aligning with company goals and long-term growth.

Job Description:

1. Product Strategy & Leadership

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and support a small team of product managers/owners to deliver impactful results.
• Identify and drive opportunities to integrate AI/ML in product development, testing, and optimization. 

2. Execution & Delivery

• Oversee the product lifecycle: ideation, prioritization, planning, development, launch, and iteration.
• Partner with engineering to ensure efficient implementation and adoption of AI-powered tools where beneficial.
• Manage scope, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality products on schedule. 

3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a bridge between product teams and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences.
• Provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders regarding progress, trade-offs, and decisions. 

4. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Explore and adopt AI-driven tools for coding, testing, analytics, and decision-making.
• Track product performance, analyze data, and use insights to drive ongoing enhancements.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in AI, product management, and software development.

Your skills and experience

• 5+ years of experience in product management or software development, including leadership of product teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and software development life cycles.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI/automation in product development or operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in SaaS, platform, or ecosystem-based products.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or MLOps practices.
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or product management.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools (e.g., Figma)
