Job description

Job Objectives:

• Lead and support end-to-end requirements analysis for business and technology initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business needs and strategic objectives.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, scope, and expected outcomes.
• Apply strong logical thinking and structured analysis to translate business problems into clear, actionable requirements.
• Ensure high-quality documentation, traceability, and requirement governance across the project lifecycle.
• Support project delivery through requirements clarification, solution validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder engagement (workshops, interviews, discussions).
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate closely with business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.
• Create and maintain documentation, including:
  • Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
  • Functional Specifications (FSD)
  • Process flow diagrams
  • User stories and acceptance criteria
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessment for new initiatives or change requests.
• Support solution design discussions, ensuring requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented.
• Coordinate and support testing activities (SIT/UAT), including:
  • Test case preparation
  • Defect tracking
  • Validation of delivered solutions
• Assist in data analysis and validation, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders on requirements status, risks, and changes.
• Ensure traceability of requirements from initiation to delivery.

Your skills and experience

Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders and vendors.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, digital, or banking-related projects.
• Good understanding of system concepts and application architecture, including:
  • System interactions and data flows
  • API and integration basics
• Ability to understand technical constraints and translate them into business-friendly explanations.
• Familiarity with databases and data structures, with basic SQL knowledge as an advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical designs and ensure alignment with requirements..
