Job description
- Design, implement, and fine-tune game economies: RTP, volatility, hit rate, payout curves.
- Collaborate with gameplay designers to define core loops, reward structures, and jackpot systems.
- Run simulations and analyze player behavior to drive optimizations.
- Support game certification (GLI/BMM) with accurate math modeling and compliant settings.
Your skills and experience
- 3+ years in numeric/economy design for slot, card, or crash games.
- Proficiency in Excel (macros, probability models), Python/SQL preferred.
- Deep understanding of player segmentation, risk control, and engagement pacing.
- Strong logical thinking and data interpretation skills.
