Job description
- Design and develop game ideas from concept to release, ensuring creativity, entertainment value, and balance.
- Build and develop gameplay mechanics, game systems, and user experiences aligned with product goals.
- Collaborate closely with development teams (programmers, artists, QA, etc.) to ensure compatibility and completeness of the game.
- Evaluate and adjust gameplay elements based on player feedback and data analysis.
- Create and maintain game design documents (GDD), including detailed descriptions of features, levels, items, and characters.
- Research and track market trends to continually enhance and update products to meet player preferences.
- Assist in developing new concepts for future game projects.
Your skills and experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Game Designer, preferably in mobile game development.
- Proven experience in designing and developing puzzle games (match-3, logic puzzles, word puzzles, etc.). In-depth understanding of level structures, puzzle mechanics, and how to build difficulty progression.
- Deep knowledge of various game genres, gaming trends, and player behavior.
- Strong creative thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent team collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate and present ideas effectively.
- Proficiency with game design tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or equivalent software.
- Basic understanding of programming and game AI systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong time management skills and a track record of meeting deadlines.
