Senior FullStack Developer (NodeJS + ReactJS, AI/ML)

Job description

We’re assembling a top-tier engineering team to build and scale high-impact US market products - and we’re looking for a senior Full-Stack Developer Team Lead who thrives on hands-on development, AI/ML model training, and technical leadership. 

You’ll spend ~70% of your time designing, coding, and architecting complex systems using a modern cloud-native stack, and ~30% leading and mentoring a talented team, refining development processes, and coordinating with US-based engineering groups. This is a build-and-lead role, not just management.

What You’ll Work With 

• Frontend: React / Next.js / Vue, modern state management, SSR/ISR. 
• Backend: Node.js (NestJS), Python (FastAPI), or Go — REST / GraphQL, microservices. 
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD — blue/green & canary deployments. 
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry). 
• Data Development: PostgreSQL, Redis, Airflow, dbt, Kafka, data pipelines, ETL/ELT. 
• AI/ML: Training & fine-tuning models on niche datasets (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face). 
•  Integrating ML into production systems (recommendations, NLP, predictive features). 
• Leveraging ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Grok for development acceleration. 

Responsibilities 

• Architect and build complex full-stack features end to end. 
• Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines and data workflows. 
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy niche ML models into production. 
• Lead and mentor developers, run code reviews, and shape engineering standards. 
• Collaborate with US teams; legal US travel opportunities included. 

Your skills and experience

5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.

Expertise in modern front-end and back-end frameworks. 

• Strong CI/CD and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) experience. 
• Proven ability to train and deploy AI/ML models from niche datasets (TensorFlow, PyTorch, SageMaker, Hugging Face, etc.).
•  Data development experience (ETL/ELT, Airflow, dbt, Kafka). 
• Leadership experience with modern development teams.
