Job description

• Develop and implement web applications, writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code on both frontend and backend. 
• Develop features for HRM platforms such as employee management, payroll, attendance, and recruitment modules. 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. 
• Design, build, and integrate APIs to support product features. 
• Manage and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL) for performance and security. 
• Implement security and data protection practices. 
• Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to the full software development lifecycle. 
• Apply AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine) to increase coding efficiency and quality. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, QA, UI/UX) to deliver high-quality products on time. 

Your skills and experience

Technical Skills: 

• 1–3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer. 
• Backend: Proficiency in NodeJS or Java. 
• Frontend: Experience with ReactJS or Wijmo. 
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus. 
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs  
• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases. 
• Familiar with RESTful APIs and web application architecture. 
• Hands-on experience with Git (version control). 
• Knowledge of unit testing and debugging practices. 
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. 
• Proactive, willing-to-do attitude with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges. 

Soft Skills: 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Ability to work both independently and in a team. 
• Eager to learn new technologies and adapt quickly. 
• Good communication skills (English reading/writing preferred). 

Additional Requirement: 

• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine) in the development process.
