Job description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop a platform which collects billions of data from social channels every month 
• Analyze, design, build pipeline and maintain AI server-side applications.
• Operate, optimize ML pipeline scalability, usability and performance; Improve the accuracies of AI models depending customer feedbacks
• Participate in an AI-based product, research, and implement appropriate algorithms.
• Collaborate in teams to share software design and solution ideas.
• Document processes, code, and methodologies thoroughly to facilitate collaboration and reproducibility, and provide regular reports on project status, challenges

Report to: AI Technical Lead.

Your skills and experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS/MS degree in computer science, data science or related technical field.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R with deep expertise in AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
• 4+ years of industrial experience in developing machine learning/data science applications especially  in natural language processing, computer vision, or speech-to-text techniques. Eager to learn new technologies, ML approaches.
• Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex AI and machine learning challenges.
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming, networks, data structures, and ML algorithms.
• Solid industrial engineering skills from development, integration to deployment.
• Solid knowledge of ML serving platforms, e.g. Tensorflow Serving, Triton, Torch Serve… and ML model optimization techniques and building ML pipeline on GCP, AWS.
• Familiar with Devops such as CI/CD, Dockers, Docker Compose and K8S.
• Good teamwork, communication, time management, high adaptability and problem-solving skills for working effectiveness,  professionalism and high sense of responsibility.
• Experience developing scalable, optimizing performance is a plus.
