Job description
Main tasks and activities
- Analyze business requirements to design and implement automation solutions that align with the architectural, security, and migration needs outlined in the document provided by the business.
- Follow best practices for automation development across all tools and platforms used.
- Collaborate closely with the team to deliver complete end-to-end automation projects, including bot development and deployment.
- Apply the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and maintain documentation such as Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs), among others.
- Participate in delivering automation demonstrations to stakeholders.
- Continuously update and enhance technical skills through training and certifications in UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
- Provide regular and accurate status updates to management and internal teams.
- Conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions within the team or upon request.
- Serve as a backup resource for team members when needed to ensure project continuity.
- Offer operational support to users, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and implementing preventive measures beyond the core technical role.

- Report directly to the Team Leader based in Ho Chi Minh.
Your skills and experience
Educational background
- Graduate in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized technical university.
Technical skills
- Have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in designing and delivering Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, with proven work on UiPath and Automation Anywhere projects.
- Experience working in a Microsoft environment (Office, SharePoint, Teams) and involvement in related developments.
- Demonstrated experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting application and system issues to ensure smooth automation functionality.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with extensive experience in analyzing and mapping business processes in service-based organizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and interact with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong team player, contributing to a productive work environment.
Advantageous to have:
- Experience with tools such as Power Automate, Python, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) is advantageous.
- Experience in writing SQL queries.
- Basic or advanced knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, or others.
- Ability to work independently as well as in geographically distributed teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Git is a plus.
Language
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in French is a plus.
