Job description

• Alpha Bravo Development is a fast-growing US-based software development agency specializing in fully custom software solutions for service-based businesses. We help clients develop centralized platforms that match each client’s unique workflow, giving them full ownership, customization, and long-term cost efficiency. 
• With a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation, we're expanding our global footprint and building an elite development team in Vietnam to help drive our next phase of growth. 
• We are looking for talented Developers (Frontend or Backend) to join our Vietnam engineering team. You will collaborate closely with our US and international teams to build scalable and high-quality web and mobile applications for clients across various industries.

Your skills and experience

Requirements with Backend role: 

• 3+ years of backend development experience. 
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. 
• Experience building and documenting RESTful APIs. 
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, or microservices architecture is a plus. 
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Git workflows. 
• Good English communication/written skills. 

Requirements with Frontend role: 

• 3+ years of frontend development experience. 
• Strong proficiency in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. 
• Experience with RESTful APIs and state management (Redux, Context, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control (Git), responsive design, and frontend build tools. 
• Experience with Figma or similar design tools is a plus. 
• Good English communication/written skills.
