Job description

QA Strategy

• Define and maintain the testing strategy (functional, automated, exploratory, regression).
• Identify quality risks linked to AI agents, data and externals integrations.

Test Automation

• Design and maintain automated test suites (API, backend, frontend).
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to prevent regressions before production.

Functional & Exploratory Testing

• Test new features in close collaboration with product and development teams.
• Challenge specifications and identify borderline case (edge cases, unexpected behaviors of AI agents).

Data Quality & AI

• Verify consistency, reliability, and traceability of the data handled.
• Test AI workflows: prompts, model outputs, agents chaining, error handling.

Collaboration & Quality Culture

• Work closely with developers to improve code testability.
• Promote a “shift-left” quality mindset from the design phase.

Your skills and experience

Experience: 

• 5 years of experience in QA / Quality Engineering (ideally in a SaaS environment or a rapidly evolving tech product).

Technical Stack

• Automation Testing: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent
• API Testing: Postman, REST Assured, pytest, or similar tools.
• Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent.
• Methodologies: Agile / Scrum, test pyramid, shift-left testing.

Mindset:

• You don’t just "test"—you improve the product.
• A bug found in production is a bug that could have been prevented.
• You automate whenever it adds value, and know when manual testing is more effective.

Bonus Points

• Experience with products integrating AI or LLMs.
• UX / Product sensibility.
• Knowledge of testing issues related to data  or distributed systems.
