Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with more than 5 years of experience in testing mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to write well-structured test cases, and excellent problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our applications by analyzing requirements, developing and executing test cases, and reporting issues clearly and promptly. This role requires collaboration in a dynamic and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand business and technical requirements to work effectively with clients across different domains and industries.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that applications are tested thoroughly and structured successfully.
• Develop, execute, and review test cases based on functional, non-functional, technical, and usability requirements.
• Manage and report test deliverables and execution progress, ensuring issues are promptly identified and communicated.
• Create and manage defects, evaluate their severity, and assess their impact on the solution and project scope.
• Certify the quality of applications and solutions delivered to the client.
• Work in an agile, international environment, collaborating with experienced colleagues across Vietnam and Europe.
• Plan and organize your workload, reporting progress and issues accurately in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities for personal development and professional growth.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within a relevant IT specialization
• Good English skills both in writing and verbally
• Experience from a similar position
• Good understanding of software testing theory
• Hands on experience in applying manual software testing methodologies
• Experience in using tools for test management, tracking defects, capture of test evidence and analyzing data
• Open towards and able to quickly learn new technologies
• Effectively estimate work and produce deliverables on time
• ISTQB certificate is a plus, but not required
