What this role entails

• Work with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business objectives and gather requirements
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Create functional and technical specifications for software development projects
• Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with clients
• Manage project scope and change requests
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and management
• Write documents (project or product specifications, description, design and analysis)
• Create wireframes, activity diagrams and system process flows
• Create mockup, prototype
• Create Function List (if needed);
• Create SRS (System Requirement Spec)

Your skills and experience

• Remote Business Analysts
• Flexible working hours, with the ability to join meetings during business hours when needed
• Fluent in English and have good communication skills to be able to communicate directly with customers
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT company 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Wireframe, mockup, and prototype is a big plus
• Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Ability to use AI tools to quickly create mockups and diagrams
• Ability to use AI tool, such as ChatGPT, to efficiently break down software requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
