QA Tester (Manual Tester, QA QC, Automation Test)

Job description

As our QA Tester, you’ll be responsible for testing end-to-end user journeys and building automated test suites to support rapid releases. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to deliver a stable and intuitive platform.

What You’ll Do

•  Perform manual testing of workflows and edge cases across web + mobile
•  Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites (UI, regression, API, integration, end-to-end)
• Test mobile apps on Android and iOS using emulators, real devices, or cloud labs
• Document bugs and usability issues with clear reproduction steps
• Verify role-based access and user permissions
• Collaborate with the team to prioritize fixes and ensure release readiness

Your skills and experience

What We’re Looking For

 2+ years QA experience with SaaS or mobile apps

Proven experience in both manual and automated testing

Hands-on with automation frameworks:

•  Web: Cypress, Playwright, Selenium
•  Mobile: Appium, Espresso (Android), XCUITest (iOS), Detox (React Native), Maestro
•  API: Postman, REST Assured, Newman
•  Familiarity with device testing platforms: BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, Firebase Test Lab, AWS Device Farm
•  Knowledge of CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
•  Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication

Nice-to-Have Skills

•  Experience with Maestro scripting for mobile automation at scale
•  Startup or beta launch QA experience
•  Performance testing (JMeter, k6)
•  Debugging tools like Charles Proxy or Firebase Crashlytics
