Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Leader to lead our QA team. The QA Leader will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for our products and development processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality in all products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and standards to ensure product quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers and testers.
  • Oversee the entire testing process, including the creation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics and KPIs to management.
  • Participate in building and continuously improve QA processes through the adoption of industry best practices and new technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.
  • Manage the QA team’s workload and resource allocation.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience working in a QA/Tester position, including at least 2 years of experience in a management position.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with software testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • ISTQB Foundation certified.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Email.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Advance, CSTE, or CSQA are a plus.
  • Experience with CMMI, Agile/Scrum methodologies  are a plus.
  • Basic English communication required.
