We are seeking a Project Manager (Male) in IT with 3–5 years of experience to lead projects and coordinate technical teams effectively. This role requires a young, energetic individual with strong communication skills, especially in English, as you will work with both local and international stakeholders on software and technology-related projects in a dynamic environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Estimate, plan, direct, and monitor projects to ensure quality, cost, scope, and timeline are on track. 
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using appropriate control techniques. 
• Track progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. 
• Support resource planning and risk management for project teams. 
• Organize and lead stakeholder meetings; ensure smooth and clear communication. 
• Guide team members on tasks and deliverables; review output quality and integration. 
• Provide performance feedback to functional managers. 
• Build and maintain strong client relationships. 
• Manage essential project documentation: plans, budget, schedule, scope. 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication, both internally and with clients. 
• Solid technical understanding, especially in software and web technologies.

Your skills and experience

Must have

• Male candidates only.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Sector: Proven experience in Banking, Finance, or FinTech.
• Language: Proficient English (verbal and written).
• Core Skills: Strong negotiation, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Certification: PMP certification is a big plus 
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field. 
• Aptitude: Strong problem-solving abilities; result-oriented and detail-focused. 
• Other Certs: Additional relevant professional certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, ITIL). 
• Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional or international teams.
