Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations) to achieve project objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and proactively address risks and issues.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices for project management.

Your skills and experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive, CS, IT or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, robotics, or manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• Fluent in English; Vietnamese is a plus.
