Job description
- Track mutliple-project progress, milestones, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate across Tech Leads, PO/Business teams, BA, QA, DevOps, and Operations
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Escalate major issues to CTO, Managers proactively
- Organize and follow up project meetings, action items, and delivery reviews
- Prepare weekly project reports, monthly delivery reports, and project dashboards
- Support resource planning and workload tracking across teams
- Ensure visibility and synchronization between business and engineering teams
Your skills and experience
- 3+ years experience in Project Management, PMO, Delivery Coordination, or Technical Project Management
- Experience in software projects, fintech/payment/banking systems is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, API/integration projects, and agile/scrum workflow
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work with both business and technical teams
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets
- Good English communication skills
