Job description

Missions

• Shape the app experience through detailed user stories and specs: Collaborate closely with the Perifit Pump and Perifit Care Product Managers to execute the app roadmap and prioritize software developments that will have the greatest impact on our products and user satisfaction. As the Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for translating product needs into detailed user stories and requirements, ensuring clear, actionable guidance for the development team.
• Oversee development sprints: Collaborate with our software development and QA teams based in Vietnam, and our Product Designer to ensure efficient and smooth product delivery.
• Ensure top-notch application quality: Take ownership of quality assurance for our app, conducting rigorous testing to identify and resolve issues.
• Utilize data for informed decision-making: Dive into our data analytics to identify critical areas for improvement, closely monitor app performance, and employ A/B testing to validate hypotheses and guide product iterations.
• Stay on top of industry standards and trends: Develop a deep understanding of market standards for mobile applications, including platform-specific design guidelines and best practices for iOS and Android.

Your skills and experience

Profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a tech startup or scale-up, with at least 4 years of experience.
• Customer-first mindset. You put the user at the center of all your thoughts.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working with remote development teams.
• Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Mixpanel).
• Fluent in English
