Job description

As Product Owner at ITviec you will control everything about our product. You will help thousands of IT people find jobs, grow their career at ITviec.com. You will take part in the historic growth of Vietnam's IT industry.

- Work closely with the Product Owners, Development team, Designers, Testers, Marketing department and Sale department to ideate and build the right solution for both users and customers. 

- Define success metrics for every feature/product you build. Monitor product performance by analyzing tracking data and utilizing users/ customers feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization

- Document requirements / user stories 

- Help developers, testers understand requirements, support them through execution, and make sure that success criteria are measured and the value is delivered.

- Developing and testing hypotheses for new features or current features by creating wireframes, mapping user stories to solving problems and testing that features work as designed.

- Understand Corporate Vision and Product Vision and identify problems to tackle any challenges standing in the way of reaching our vision.

- Translate product roadmap into detailed requirements for developing into final product.

- Direct report to Product Lead

Your skills and experience

- Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Information Systems or related discipline.

- At least 3 years experience in Product Management in a product company (e-commerce, travel, booking company is a plus) with a proven track record of implementing features that advance key mission metrics.

- Previous experience with Agile development practices including requirements and work management in epics and stories.

- Problems & Solutions-oriented mindset.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written in English.

- Data driven decision maker, experience with data tracking tools (for e.g: Elastic Search or Mixpanel)

- Understand UX/UI with a user centric mindset.

- Deep intuition and passion for product.

- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Experience creating wireframes or mockups allowing clear collaboration with designers and developers.

- Take initiatives. Go above and beyond in all the tasks given. Deliver on time
