RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Product Operation Executive at GEEK Up, you will participate in all phases of software product development to ensure that the product is launched and operated smoothly, finally achieve its goals
Expertise responsibilities:
- Understand the business problem and product definition for project input.
- Communicate with users/customers to understand their pain points and suggest practical solutions.
- Ensure that the product aligns with the business's operational flow based on the business requirements. Plan & support the UAT & launching process.
- Become a subject matter expert on system applications
- Communicate effectively across functional teams and build strong relationships through problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, and communicating promptly on progress
- Oversaw quality standards by various software testing method, addressed business goals and operations, and monitored product performance. Gathered user feedback and iterated to optimize product success.
- Guiding & training the user to apply the product in the operation process
- Gather user/ customer feedback during the product on air to analyze the problem & propose fit solution to improve & close the gap.
- Contribute initiatives to optimize the business workflow and identify potential issues that may arise during operations, including addressing edge cases.
Your skills and experience
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have
- Well understanding of business processes and workflows, with skills in translating business requirements into product features that streamline operations.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Proven experience in implementing end-to-end quality assurance processes for software products, ensuring they meet design and functionality standards, prioritizing smooth user experiences and minimizing friction points.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas confidently and logically
- Have a persistent, solution-oriented attitude to overcome challenges
- Fast learning skills with the ability to memorize and understand business logic.
Nice to have
- Skilled in identifying and classifying various types of requirements: Functional, Non-Functional, Operational, and User Requirements, able to translate these requirements into detailed Acceptance Criteria that guide product functionality, quality standards, and user expectations.
- Good analytical skills to identify and anticipate edge cases from the main product flow, ensuring thorough testing and robust product performance
