Job description

Own the product roadmap and the “what to build” for an AI-native real-estate platform that 2,000+ sales agents and thousands of renters depend on daily. In an AI-native shop the bottleneck is deciding what to build, not writing code — so you are the upstream decision-maker and the accountable human approval gate. Agents and one senior engineer build fast; you decide what is worth building and sign off on what ships.

What you’ll do

• Own and prioritize the product roadmap end-to-end; turn business goals from leadership, sales, ops and CS into clear specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Be the human approval gate — final sign-off on PRDs, acceptance criteria, roadmap changes and release notes (AI agents may draft them; you approve).
• Run discovery with the 2,000+ sales agents, the data-entry, CS and ops teams; convert real workflows (listings, search, deposits, CRM) into prioritized tickets.
• Define success metrics, instrument them, and make evidence-based scope and trade-off decisions.
• Keep the ticket queue triaged and unblocked; partner daily with the senior engineer and AI agents.

Your skills and experience

Must-have (real production experience)

• 4+ years in product management shipping B2B/SaaS or marketplace software that real users depend on in production — not prototypes or internal demos.
• A demonstrable track record owning a roadmap and shipping features end-to-end with measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent written specs and acceptance criteria; fluent working in a ticket-driven workflow (Jira / Linear / equivalent).
• Data literacy: you define metrics, read dashboards, and make calls from evidence.
• Comfortable using AI tools / agentic workflows, and willing to be the accountable human who reviews and signs off on AI-drafted artifacts.
• Strong written English (our technical docs and specs are in English); Vietnamese is a plus for local stakeholders.

Nice-to-have

• Real-estate / proptech, CRM, or two-sided marketplace experience.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered features (chat assistants, search, evaluation loops).
• Technical background — can read a data schema and reason about APIs.
