Job description

Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle — from discovery, analysis, and conceptualization to prototyping and validation — delivering solutions that fit the Vietnam market and grow the Chợ Tốt product.
Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring priorities are clearly communicated and aligned with business goals.
Conduct user research and synthesize findings to identify, validate, and prioritize user problems and opportunities.
Define clear product requirements (PRDs) and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
Work closely with the Business Analyst and Product Analyst to formulate strategic insights and propose action plans to achieve business objectives.
Define, track, and report on key product metrics; design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses before full-scale rollout.
Collaborate cross-functionally to break down business objectives into executable deliverables, and partner with engineering to ensure features are implemented and delivered as planned.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with weekly deliverables, maintaining a bias for action and systematic thinking.
Scope: Seller tools driving customer success; core features serving all 4 verticals: Chợ Tốt, Chợ Tốt Xe, Việc Làm Tốt, and Nhà Tốt.

Your skills and experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
At least 2 years of product management experience; exposure to consumer/marketplace products or business tooling is a plus.
Strong understanding of user interface (UI) design principles, wireframing, and user-centric design processes.
AI Integration: Demonstrated capability to leverage AI tools & technology to optimize product workflows, drive automation, and enhance product features.
Critical Thinking: Exceptional critical thinking skills; ability to analyze messy support complaints or ambiguous feedback and transform them into clear problem/opportunity statements backed by real data — strong attention to detail with no invented baselines.
Business Mindset: Strong business-oriented mindset with a clear understanding of how product features directly drive business growth and metrics.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management abilities — skilled at aligning expectations, building consensus, and driving cross-functional collaboration across Business, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams.
Proactive & Self-Driven: Highly proactive attitude and asks clarifying questions before guessing, takes ownership, and acts independently without waiting to be told.
Adaptability & Execution: Comfort with ambiguity, fast learner, and flexible with a hands-on "get-it-done" attitude.
Communication: Strong Vietnamese and English communication (written and verbal); comfortable working directly with cross-functional teams day-to-day.
